To become a Litigation Attorney, one must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and must have passed the state bar examination. Prior to becoming a Litigation Attorney, an individual may have served roles as a Legal Intern, Junior Lawyer, or a Legal Associate, where they gain exposure to various aspects of the law and legal practice.
