KEY REQUIREMENTS Experience: 1 to 6 years of civil litigation experience within a law firm setting. Credentials: Strong law school academic credentials; active WA bar license (or immediate eligibility). Practice Areas: Prior experience in construction or employment law is preferred, but not required. Skills: Strong legal research, brief writing, oral advocacy, and analytical reasoning. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Support and manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution or trial. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses. Conduct extensive statutory and case-law research. Participate in depositions, court hearings, and trial preparation alongside senior partners. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $130,000 to $200,000 annually (commensurate with experience). Bonuses: Eligibility for a merit-based discretionary bonus.
