This is not a volume-driven settlement practice. We are looking for a lawyer who wants real responsibility, real courtroom experience, and a clear path to partnership and leadership within the firm. The Opportunity: The right candidate will step into an active litigation role with significant autonomy, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a senior trial attorney and future leader of the firm. We are intentionally planning for the next phase of our firm's growth and are open to restructuring to support the right person. What We're Looking For: 3-7+ years of personal injury litigation experience (5+ ideal, but we value quality over years) Demonstrated interest in trial work (jury trial experience strongly preferred, but not required) Excellent legal writing skills motions, briefs, discovery, and case strategy Strong work ethic with the ability to manage cases independently Confidence working with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Washington State Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) Desire for a long-term role, not a stepping-stone position What You'll Do: Manage a litigation caseload from filing through trial Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and prepare cases for trial Collaborate on case strategy and firm-wide litigation standards Mentor junior attorneys and help shape the firm's future litigation approach Play an active role in firm leadership as you grow into the position Why This Role Is Different Clear partnership track for the right attorney Opportunity to grow into a lead trial and leadership role Supportive environment that values quality advocacy over volume Competitive compensation with performance-based upside A firm culture that respects professionalism, preparation, and integrity Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus bonus structure and long-term equity/partnership opportunity for the right candidate.
