Beacon Hill's client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking an experienced contract Litigation Attorney to support their team. This role is best suited for an attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience who can step in quickly and handle substantive work with minimal oversight.

• Location: Remote, Seattle preferred, open to West Coast candidates (California, Washington state, Oregon)
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Pay: $80-$93/hour, depending on experience

• Active bar license in good standing in state of residence (CA, WA, OR)
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Strong drafting, discovery, and case analysis experience
• Deposition experience required (will not be appearing in court or taking depositions)
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Comfortable using AI tools
• Bonus experience includes bankruptcy court, Ponzi schemes, financial institution or financial services litigation, white collar defense, and investigations

• Analyzing cases and assessing merits, risks, and weaknesses
• Communicating and negotiating settlements
• Drafting complaints, demand letters, discovery, and motions to compel
• Preparing deposition outlines
• Supporting partners on litigation strategy and case development
