Interim Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney (100% Remote, National)

Major, Lindsey & Africas Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a part-time (20-25+ hours per week) Interim Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney (100% Remote, National) for 12+ months. Long-term candidates only.

Overview: Our law firm client is seeking a seasoned and skilled staff attorney to join the Bankruptcy, Creditors Rights and Workout Practice Group handling bankruptcy litigation matters. Specifically defending avoidance actions, including preference and fraudulent transfer claims.

Experience: 5+ Years Experience

Location: 100% Remote, National Search

Responsibilities Include:

• 5+ years of bankruptcy practice experience
• Not required, but our client would like to see specific experience defending avoidance actions, including preference and fraudulent transfer claims and they can also train the right candidate.
• Handle caseload of 30-40 cases pending as the chosen attorney will be the primary contact.

• Excellent academic credentials and training in Big Law or Mid-Major law firm
• Admission to at least one state bar.
• Excellent attention to detail in writing, written and oral communication.
