Communicate case updates and next steps to clients
Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and staff
Maintain accurate case records and documentation
Handle high-volume phone and email communication
Keep deadlines, documentation, and case activities organized and on track
What You'll Need to be Considered:
Previous law firm experience
Ability to professionally manage high-stress client situations
Strong case organization and workflow management skills
Exceptional client communication abilities
Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred
Team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
