Compensation: $55k to $75K (plus % of cases settlement DOE)

What You'll Be Doing:

Represent clients in personal injury matters, with a focus on motor vehicle accident cases

Communicate directly with clients and help guide them through the legal process

Conduct thorough case investigations, including witness interviews and on-site visits

Prepare cases for negotiation, settlement, and potential litigation

Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case-related materials

Advocate for clients against insurance companies and large corporations

Work with a growing legal team committed to justice and exceptional client care

What You'll Need to be Considered:

Active membership in good standing with the Alabama State Bar

Strong interest in personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases

Litigation experience preferred

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent oral advocacy and case preparation abilities

Self-motivated mindset with long-term career goals
