Remote Attorney - New Hampshire Must live and be barred in New Hampshire to be considered. A growing New Hampshire-based law practice is seeking a full-time Attorney to join their team This role offers the chance to work remotely while handling meaningful guardianship, elder law, probate, and litigation-related matters throughout NH courts. Responsibilities Manage guardianship and related court matters Attend court appearances throughout New Hampshire Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation Assist with contested and uncontested hearings Work directly with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel Utilize legal case management systems and cloud-based platforms Qualifications Active New Hampshire bar admission required Guardianship experience is required Open to attorneys with 6 months to 10+ years of experience Strong communication, organization, and courtroom preparation skills Ability to travel to court 2-3 times per week Position Details 100% remote role Full-time schedule with billable hour expectations Equipment provided Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting a Word document resume to Shauna at ...
