Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks. Writes, reviews, and advises on legal contracts and agreements. Ensures the organization operates in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. Assists with representation of the organization in legal matters. Assists with governance, litigation and risk management activities. Works closely with outside counsel, in-house attorneys, and/or various stakeholders. May help represent and defend the organization against suits and claims. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education: Advanced degree; J.D. or LL.M Experience: 0 years experience Licenses/Certifications: Must be a member of the Idaho Bar within one year
