The Role

This in-house corporate counsel role supports Lumens Global Partner Solutions organization, with primary responsibility for drafting, negotiating, and advising on partner and channel-related contracts. The position operates in a high-accountability, fast-moving environment, requiring strong ownership of legal outcomes, sound judgment, and the ability to balance risk with business objectives. Success in this role depends on clear communication, practical problem-solving, and effective collaboration with business stakeholders to enable partner-led sales across a range of technology services.

The Main Responsibilities

+ Draft, review, and negotiate partner agreements and related customer contracts supporting indirect and channel-led sales

+ Provide practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contract terms, risk, and compliance considerations

+ Manage the contract lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and documentation accuracy aligned with company policies

+ Support partner-led sales transactions, working closely with business teams to align legal structures with commercial objectives

+ Assist in resolving contract-related issues and disputes, partnering with senior attorneys and business leaders

+ Conduct legal research and analysis on applicable laws and regulations impacting technology services and partner arrangements

+ Contribute to the development of new contract structures and partnership models, supporting evolving business needs and partner experience

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required:

+ J.D. degree from an accredited law school

+ Active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdi
