What It Takes to Get in the Office:

Previous receptionist experience (preferably in a law firm)

Confident with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools

Organized, accurate, and calm under pressure

Friendly, dependable, and always ready to help

What You'll Be Up To:

nswer a multi-line phone system

Ensure all calls are promptly answered

Maintain orderly common areas

Organize office supplies

Run errands as needed

Assist the Firm Administrator with bookkeeping and filing tasks
