Sr. Paralegal (Trademark)

As a Senior Paralegal, you will work as part of a team to help protect one of the worlds most recognized and valuable brands. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with the in-house legal team, outside counsel, investigators, and internal business partners on a broad range of brand enforcement and licensing matters across the Americas.

• A bachelors degree is required; a paralegal certificate is preferred.
• At least six years of intellectual property experience in a law firm or comparable in-house position, including trademark enforcement and investigations.
• Experience managing matters across multiple jurisdictions and working directly with foreign counsel.
• Familiarity with electronic filing systems, including those of the USPTO.
• Familiarity with CompuMark tools, gray market goods enforcement, and submitting takedown requests on ecommerce platforms is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple matters simultaneously, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, reliable, and personable, with the confidence to work alongside attorneys, business teams, and external partners.
