Remote Litigation Paralegal (California Only) Location: Remote (must reside in California) Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team on a fully remote basis. This position is open only to candidates currently residing in California . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Responsibilities: Provide litigation support from case inception through trial and resolution Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and subpoenas Manage deadlines, calendars, and court filings (state and federal) Assist with discovery responses, document production, and organization Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel Maintain case files and manage documents using electronic filing systems Support trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders Qualifications: 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules Experience with e-filing in California state and/or federal courts Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office (or similar platforms) Paralegal certificate Benefits: Comprehensive benefits. 401(k).
