Key Responsibilities
- Manage foreclosure files from referral through completion while ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents related to foreclosure proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, courts, attorneys, and third parties regarding case status, documentation, and required next steps.
- Maintain accurate case records, calendars, and documentation in accordance with firm and legal standards.
- Coordinate hearings, foreclosure sales, and other case-related activities.
- Support attorneys and legal team members with case preparation, follow-up, and workflow management.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $48,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience.
