We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to provide support to our legal department for the summer. The Legal Intern provides research, administrative, and project support to the Legal Department. This role offers exposure to a variety of legal matters, including contracts, compliance, corporate governance, and litigation support. The intern will work closely with attorneys and business partners to gain practical experience in a professional legal environment.
Location: Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119
Duration: 10 hours per week (Summer internship is anticipated to go through September 4, 2026).
Pay: $15 hourly

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and industry-specific legal issues.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Maintain legal files, records, and document management systems.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations related to legal matters.
- Support compliance initiatives, policy reviews, and regulatory research.
- Assist with litigation support, including document collection and organization.
- Attend meetings and document key discussions and action items.
- Perform administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

- Ability to analyze legal information and summarize findings.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or experience in a legal, corporate, or business setting is a plus.
