We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PI Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research, document management, and project coordination skills, contributing to the efficient handling of litigation processes from inception to resolution. Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
Manage deadlines, filings, and case progression
Assist with discovery, disclosures, and trial preparation
Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Maintain clear, organized, and accurate case files
Experience Required
At least 2 year of paralegal experience required
Experience in personal injury required
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Familiarity with court procedures and filings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Filevine experience is a plus
