Associate Attorney

Sacramento based civil litigation firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney. Our firm represents clients in a variety of practice areas including, but not limited to, commercial contract disputes, construction defect claims, product liability, personal injury, corporate and complex civil litigation primarily in California, Oregon and Washington but also in other jurisdictions throughout the country.

We are looking for an attorney with 0-5 years experience. Attention to detail as well as outstanding writing, analytical, editing and proofreading skills are required.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, court appearances (including trial and arbitration), conducting/defending depositions, attending site inspections, mediations, drafting pleadings and discovery, legal research, civil law and motion practice and case review/analysis. Experience with federal court and appellate court matters is helpful. Travel may be required.

Bar license required.
