Associate Attorney

Established Palm Desert, CA based boutique style law firm and Southern California-wide presence in trust, estate, and probate litigation, with civil litigation opportunity, seeks top level, dedicated, career-oriented litigation senior associate, minimum 7 years or more experience, with skill set to match. The candidate must have the ability to handle cases in a collaborative, friendly, team environment, from inception to finish inclusive of the preparation of initial pleadings and conduct of subsequent discovery and law and motion; court appearances; and, preparation for, and conduct of, trials. The new team member must be able to deliver complete ready-to-file and serve work product, on briefs, motions, discovery, and court filings of every description. Candidates must be a collegial and self-starter, detail oriented, computer literate and willing to embrace technology and properly use it, with strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
