Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal in Redmond, WA. This role is ideal for a legal professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who is ready to support attorneys, manage important case documentation, and contribute to a high-performing legal services environment.
The Paralegal will play a key role in legal research, document preparation, case organization, client communication support, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with case preparation, legal documentation, research, and matter management.
- Draft, review, proofread, and organize legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, discovery materials, and filings.
- Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, records, and document management systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with client communication, information gathering, and coordination of case-related materials.
- Conduct legal research and compile findings to support case strategy, filings, and attorney review.
- Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and internal team members as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support attorneys with legal research, case preparation, document drafting, and file management.
- Manage legal deadlines, court filings, discovery materials, and case-related documentation.
- Coordinate communication and documentation among attorneys, clients, courts, and outside parties.
- 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience in a legal services or law firm environment.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, document preparation, case file organization, and legal procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management or case management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading and editing ability.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional judgment, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate or related legal studies education.
- Experience supporting litigation, corporate law, real estate, employment law, or another specialized legal practice area.
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems, discovery tools, and legal research platforms.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced legal services environment supporting multiple attorneys.
