Commercial Collection Litigation Paralegal

In office paralegal needed for Commercial Collection Litigation and Post Judgment Litigator; seeks EXPERIENCED legal professional for high paced, busy boutique practice: experience required, must be able to work independently and multi-task, knowledge of garnishment, levies, replevins and Florida Civil Procedure and local and administrative rules mandatory, applicants should be self-motivated have ability to draft and proof read basic legal pleadings and documents, E-file, coordinate, schedule electronically and set hearings, depositions and meetings, coordinate travel calendars, handle client intakes, inventory, assemble and label evidence and documents. Word processing and Excel skills mandatory. Clio case management experience preferred. Practice areas include foreign judgment domestication and judgment execution, post judgment discovery including garnishment actions and replevins, third party discovery practice, basic contract and commercial transaction disputes. Firm practices throughout State of Florida.
