Family Law Paralegal

A busy and well-established family law practice is seeking a skilled Family Law Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join their growing team. This is an in-office position based in either Boca Raton or Fort Lauderdale , offering the opportunity to work on high-net-worth (HNW) matters that go beyond standard divorce cases. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys in complex family law cases, including HNW matters (asset division, trusts, business interests, etc.) Draft, review, and file legal documents and pleadings Manage case files, discovery, and trial preparation Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Maintain organization in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Qualifications 3+ years of family law paralegal experience required Experience with high-net-worth cases strongly preferred Strong tenure history (not seeking frequent job changes) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively and be a true team player Comfortable in a busy, in-office setting Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Overtime pay (OT eligible) 1400 billable hour requirement Bonus opportunities: Standard bonus Performance-based bonus Supportive team environment with strong collaboration Why Join?
