Terrific opportunity for the right person to fit the right seat! What's the role: Draft legal documents including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, notices of hearing and draft initial written discovery objections and answers/ responses with the assistance of clients Interview and prepare summaries of client and witness statements Assist attorneys with planning and preparing for hearings and depositions Legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, articles, and judicial decisions Provides written analysis to attorneys Prepare and maintain organized case files to include evidence, exhibits, depositions, and other documents Assist with trial preparation Have fun Compensation and Benefits package: $65-80k Comprehensive benefit offerings Medical, dental, and vision Paid Time Off 401k with match Requirements: What's needed for the role: 3-5 years of legal service experience under attorney supervision At least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience including strong command of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code 18.001 . Experience on the Plaintiff's side is preferred but not required.
