We are expanding and looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking attorney to lead the growth and development of our Lincoln office.
This is not a traditional desk-bound legal role. We are seeking someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and creating momentum in a market. If you are energized by connecting with people, developing referral pipelines, and positioning a firm as a leader in its space, this role is designed for you.
This position is centered on business development, community presence, and strategic growth. You will play a key role in establishing and expanding the firm's footprint in Lincoln by building meaningful relationships and generating new opportunities.
You will work closely with firm leadership while having the autonomy to execute on ideas, pursue partnerships, and create visibility in the community.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong referral networks with professionals, organizations, and community partners
Represent the firm at networking events, community engagements, and industry functions
Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities in the Lincoln market
Develop and execute creative outreach and business development initiatives
Conduct client consultations and convert opportunities into retained matters
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in Nebraska (or ability to obtain licensure)
Prior experience in family law is a plus, but not required
Demonstrated interest or experience in business development, networking, or client acquisition
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results
