This position is designed for an entrepreneurial partneror a senior counsel/income partner ready to make the leapwho possesses an established, portable book of business. Key Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and an active, good-standing license to practice law in Washington State . Minimum of 8+ years of legal experience, with a proven track record of client development and retention. A portable book of business of at least $350,000 (verifiable history of originations and collections). Open to various practice areas, with particular interest in: Commercial Litigation, Real Estate & Land Use, Healthcare Law, Labor & Employment, or Corporate/Transactional Law . Strong leadership skills and a desire to mentor associates and contribute to firm culture.
