Duties:
Draft clear, persuasive legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
Manage all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial preparation
Represent clients in negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve favorable outcomes
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings or trials
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
Preferred 1-3 years of experience in Personal Injury
Pay: $84,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
