Litigation Associate

Duties:

• Draft clear, persuasive legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence

• Manage all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial preparation

• Represent clients in negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve favorable outcomes

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings or trials

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction

• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in Personal Injury

Pay: $84,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
