Job Description:
Assist the General Counsel in all legal and administrative matters, including, but not limited to, the following:
Draft letters and memos to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with all collection activities, including the preparation of mechanic's liens and bond claims.
File documents with courts and administrative agencies.
Proofread sensitive and confidential communications.
Initiate and complete special projects.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have the ability to complete assigned projects in a timely fashion.
Exhibit a high-level of motivation, organization, professionalism, and trustworthiness, with an emphasis on treating others with dignity and respect.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience working with CRM and/or HR software platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a legal or executive assistant, or
3+ years of experience in an HR setting.
