un Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal Needed for IMMEDIATE (Part-Time / Project- (Andover/Chelmsford) Law Office compensation: Compensation based on experience employment type: experience level: senior level job title: Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal Needed Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal Needed for IMMEDIATE (Part-Time / Project-Based Opportunity) A boutique Massachusetts law practice is seeking a part time experienced Personal Injury (PI) Paralegal to assist with an initial paid project involving the organization and management of a motor vehicle accident case file involving two injured parties. Personal Injury experience is required. This position is not intended for general legal assistant or entry-level applicants. This opportunity will begin on a paid project basis and may grow into an ongoing part-time role for the right candidate as the practice continues to expand its personal injury practice. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling motor vehicle accident and personal injury matters from intake through case organization and support. Responsibilities May Include: Organizing and streamlining two new PI case files Obtaining, and organizing medical records by provider, medial bills, insurance documents, and supporting records Assisting with case management organization and office workflow improvements Helping implement efficient systems to support a small but growing multi practice area law practice Required Experience: Prior Personal Injury / Motor Vehicle Accident paralegal experience required Experience organizing medical records, bills, insurance correspondence, PIP Claims Processing and case files Familiarity with demand preparation and PI case management required Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Knowledge and experience using Apple MacBook and Apple based products, scanning and document manigment Organizing and creating digital files and file management Position Details: Flexible hours Paid project to start in Chelmsford office initially for applicant evaluation creating and organizing two new PI File Exceedingly Strong Potential for ongoing part-time work developing into potentially full-time for the right candidate Compensation based on experience Please respond with a resume and a brief summary of your personal injury experience to: ...
