Incumbent maybe required to function as Notary Public. Must be able to sisfactorily complete training to become a Notary Public and be able to meet bonding or other requirements inherent in the appointment as a Notary Public.
The employee must, within 30-days of assuming this position and by 31 October annually thereafter, file an OGE-450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report. Employee is required to tend annual ethics and procurement integrity training.
This position may require travel.
Qualificions
In order to qualify, you must meet the general experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualificion Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrive and Management Positions
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicants must 3 years of progressively responsible general experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to least GS-4, least one year of which is equivalent to Federal experience the next lower grade (NH-0950-01) level or equivalent (grade level, pay schedule, pay band, etc) and is described in detail in my resume. An example of creditable general experience is experience in taking dispositive action or response in accordance with applicable laws, regulions, policies, and procedures on a wide variety of legal instruments requiring different documention, planning and organizing work and communicing effectively orally and in writing. NOTE: Due to the use of 120 day rosters; general experience maybe completed within 120 days of the closing of this announcement
OR
EDUCATION: 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree in a field which demonstres the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position.

COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: A combinion of the educion and experience listed above. NOTE: only gradue experience in excess of the first year can be used when claiming a combinion of educion and experience. NOTE: Transcripts must be included.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualificions evalued on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Demonstred knowledge, skill, and general experience with Federal legal and regulory issues is required. Specific knowledge and experience in research using legal and administrive reference sources including computerized legal and legislive reference sources. Uses experience and knowledge to perform extensive legal research and writing applicable to assigned cases or other tasking.
2. Demonstred paralegal skills in the assembly and drafting of legal documents and files, including contract files, source selection documention, responses to discovery requests, agency reports for bid protests, responses to requests for legal opinions, and response to freedom of Informion Act requests.
3. Professional knowledge of paralegal and legal assisting policies, practices, and procedures.
4. Knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, punctuion, capitalizion and form to be able to accurely prepare and edit written correspondence and reports.
5. Knowledge, skill and demonstred ability with computer systems software and skill in opering automed da processing to support office operions and produce a variety of textual documents, reports and dabases.
6. Demonstred ability to conduct oneself in accordance with generally accepted standards of professional demeanor. Knowledge, skill, and demonstred ability to completing assignments th involve working with diverse and dynamic personalities by gaining their cooperion using tact, courtesy, and diplomacy.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE : Credit given for approprie unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.

Qualificions
In order to qualify, you must meet the general experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualificion Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrive and Management Positions
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicants must 3 years of progressively responsible general experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to least GS-4, least one year of which is equivalent to Federal experience the next lower grade (NH-0950-01) level or equivalent (grade level, pay schedule, pay band, etc) and is described in detail in my resume. An example of creditable general experience is experience in taking dispositive action or response in accordance with applicable laws, regulions, policies, and procedures on a wide variety of legal instruments requiring different documention, planning and organizing work and communicing effectively orally and in writing.
