LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm to identify an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant to join their team. This role is essential in supporting attorneys and ensuring smooth operations within the real estate practice group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements.
  • Coordinate and schedule closings, maintain closing checklists, and ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
  • Manage title searches, lien searches, and assist with resolving title issues.
  • Organize and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and internal teams to facilitate transactions.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as billing, time entry, and expense reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in real estate law.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, title work, and closing procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $91,000.00 per year
