Legal Administrative Assistant - Regulatory & Health Law
Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in its Regulatory & Health Law practice. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional administrative and client support.
Responsibilities
Manage attorney calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses.
Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence.
Maintain client files and assist with new matter intake, conflict checks, and engagement agreements.
Review and process attorney time entries, billing, and invoices.
Provide docketing and calendaring support, including tracking court deadlines.
Electronically file documents in state, federal, and appellate courts.
Monitor attorney memberships, CLE reporting, and license renewals.
Deliver responsive support to attorneys, clients, and staff.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of legal assistant experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Excellent organizational, proofreading, and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with iManage, InTapp, and iTimekeep is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $48,000 - $91,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, and additional voluntary benefits.
