Our firm is seeking an experienced litigation Attorney to join us in our Fort Lauderdale office assisting domestic and international clients with their Defense Base Act cases, a form of federal Workers' Compensation. In this position you will work as part of a team advocating for domestic and international clients with Defense Base Act claims with primary responsibility for your assigned caseload. Depending on each case's needs, typical casework includes claimant depositions, vocational assessments, discovery, medical evaluations, time billing, and drafting pleadings. Candidates must be admitted and be a practicing attorney. Training provided for candidates who may not have experience in this specialty but has experience in other practice.
