We're hiring an Associate Attorney who brings both fight and heart : aggressive with the defense, compassionate with clients, and committed to a true 5-star client experience.

What You'll Handle

a balanced mix of pre-suit and litigation

Case types include: MVA, premises liability, wrongful death, product liability, and trucking/commercial cases

What You'll Do

Drive pre-suit negotiations and litigation strategy

Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery

Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses

Attend mediations, hearings, and case conferences

Communicate with clients clearly and compassionately

Conduct jury focus groups to build trial strategy

Qualifications

Active Florida Bar license in good standing

2+ years experience preferred (PI, civil litigation, or insurance defense)

Strong writing, organization, and client-facing communication skills

Filevine familiarity is a plus (we can train)
