Commercial Litigation Attorney - With BankruptcyPosition OverviewOur Philadelphia office is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and possess expertise in handling complex legal disputes. This role involves representing clients in various commercial matters, including contracts, partnerships, business disputes, employment issues, and compliance matters. Along with this experience we need someone who also has a few years of experience handling Bankruptcy cases. If you have at least 4 years of experience in commercial litigation with Bankruptcy and are looking for a new opportunity with a clear path for growth, please apply!Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in commercial litigation cases before courts and arbitration panels.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Negotiate settlements and manage discovery processes in litigation cases.Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to contracts, partnerships, and business operations.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial litigation.QualificationsLicensed to practice in the state of PA - NJ and NY is a major plus!Bankruptcy experienceJ.D. from an accredited law school and a strong academic record.4+ years of experience in commercial litigation.Proven experience in handling contract, partnership, and business disputes.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple cases.BenefitsBase ($180,000-$200,000) + Bonus401K MatchFull Medical, Dental and Vision4 Weeks PTO10 Paid Holidays and 12 Paid Sick DaysHybrid Schedule - 3 days in officeBillable hour requirement 1,800
