Commercial Litigion Attorney (Associe, Senior Associe, or Partner Level) Benefits & Compension- $140,000 to $250,000+ based on experience

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing
- 5+ years of litigion experience preferred; more experienced torneys and portable books of business will be considered.
- Experience taking and defending depositions - solid litigor
- Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
- Experience managing litigion mters from discovery through resolution
- Excellent analytical, research, communicion, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently while collaboring effectively within a team environment

- Manage commercial and complex civil litigion mters from inception through resolution
- Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses
- Attend hearings, mediions, arbitrions, and court appearances
- Develop litigion stregy in collaborion with senior torneys
- Maintain direct communicion with clients and provide practical legal guidance
- Negotie settlements and assist in alternive dispute resolution efforts
- Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparion, exhibit management, and trial stregy
