Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of trust and estate administration from inception through closing
Draft, format, and review legal documents and correspondence, including:
Probate pleadings, inventories, and accountings
Trust administration documents and asset transfer paperwork
Petitions, affidavits, and supporting filings in accordance with Florida probate rules
Assist with probate and trust administration matters across Florida jurisdictions
Organize and analyze financial and asset information for estate matters
Coordinate with financial institutions, title companies, and beneficiaries
Support preparation of estate and fiduciary tax documentation
Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with Florida court procedures and deadlines
Qualifications:
3+ years of Trust & Estates paralegal or legal assistant experience (Florida experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of Florida probate court procedures and filing requirements
Experience with Florida e-filing is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
