Corporate Paralegal - Contracts / Compliance / Litigation
Location: Greenville, SC
Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time

They are looking for youan experienced Corporate Paralegalto support a dynamic legal team across contracts, compliance, and litigation functions. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of legal work within a fast-paced, professional setting.
What you get to do:
Draft, review, and manage contracts (employment, vendor, and service agreements)
Maintain contract management systems, audits, and reporting
Support regulatory compliance and corporate filings across multiple states
Conduct legal research and assist with compliance-related initiatives
Manage litigation and subpoena files, including document coordination and summaries
Assist with legal processes such as investigations, depositions, and internal requests
What you need to succeed:
4+ years of experience as a corporate or generalist paralegal
Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal certification preferred
Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and litigation processes
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe tools
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
