Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Estate Law Transactional Attorney with 2-5 years of experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys, manage a sophisticated caseload, and develop strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, tax implications, asset protection, and probate matters

• Manage transactional processes and maintain organized client files

• Conduct legal research and ensure accuracy in all documentation

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships within the local community

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Bar License in good standing (required)

• 2-5 years of experience in estate planning or transactional law

• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and client-focused approach
