Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with experience in Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate, and Personal Injury to join the growing team. Opportunity to work closely with a senior attorney, gain hands-on responsibility, mentorship, and long-term career growth in a collaborative firm environment.

• Handle real estate transactions from contract through closing.

• Draft and review estate planning documents including wills and trusts.

• Manage probate and trust administration matters through final distribution.

• Communicate with clients, courts, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel.

• Attend hearings, depositions, closings, and collaborate with paralegal staff.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with active Illinois bar admission.

• Experience in real estate, estate planning, probate, or litigation preferred.

• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Professional demeanor with strong client service and ethical judgment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Smokeball and AI tools experience preferred.
