We are seeking a Probate & Estate Planning Paralegal with 3-6 years of experience to join the team.
Role involves drafting probate/estate documents, e-filing, court coordination, and supporting high-net-worth client matters.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare probate documents (applications, letters testamentary, heirship, administration, orders, oaths).
Draft incapacity and estate planning documents (POAs, directives, wills, trusts) from forms.
File documents via e-filing systems; manage court filings, hearings, and confirmations.
Prepare inventories, guardianship filings, and related court documents.
Proofread legal documents; draft engagement, summary, and transmittal letters; and maintain files.
Qualifications
3-6 years' experience in probate, estate planning, or guardianship matters.
Strong drafting skills with legal forms and expertise in document proofreading.
Experience with court e-filing systems and hearing coordination.
Knowledge of wills, trusts, probate procedures, and incapacity documents.
High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple files.
