Litigation Associate

The Nashville office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz seeks an associate with two or more years of complex commercial litigation experience. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills; experience in the development and discovery of expert witnesses; and deposition, discovery and motion practice experience are sought to assume responsibility in an active litigation practice. We seek a bright, hardworking associate with good judgment and attention to detail. Tennessee law license required.
