CORPORATE FINANCE ASSOCIATE

Location: Buffalo, Rochester, or Albany

Experience: 26 years

Salary range: $124,000 $158,000, commensurate with experience. Includes a comprehensive benefits package.

A respected law firm is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate with 26 years of experience in commercial finance transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team advising clients on complex lending and finance matters across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent borrowers and lenders in middle-market commercial lending transactions.

Provide guidance on secured transactions, including UCC-related matters.

Handle documentation and negotiation for term loans, acquisition financing, letters of credit, and equipment finance agreements.

Support cross-border lending transactions involving both secured and unsecured credit facilities.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across practice groups.

Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.

Strong academic credentials.
