I am partnered with a well known law firm looking to add an employment attorney to their team!

Position: Plaintiff Employment Attorney

Location: NY- flexibility to work from home

Qualifications:

• 1-10 years of experience with employment law - plaintiff or defense candidates welcomed
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Experience attending mediations and drafting/opposing motions
• Comfortable attending court appearances
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• J.D. & good standing with the NY bar
