Construction Attorney

I am working with a premier law firm in Texas are seeking a Construction Attorney to join their Dallas team. This firm has a distinguished reputation in construction law. • Manage a diverse caseload of construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, mechanic's liens, and other construction-related issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Collaborate effectively with partners, associates, and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on construction law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Licensed to practice law in TX
• 2-10 years of experience in construction litigation at a reputable law firm.
• Board certified is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Attorneys with a book of business are encouraged to apply.
