We do legal recruiting, outplacement and personal career coaching for lawyers, and have more than 25 years of experience. We work with attorneys on job search, exploration of career options, or career change. Many of our clients are aged 50+, but we also work with younger professionals on both job search and career planning.
Our recruiting team works with law firms and in-house GCs who are in need of additional attorneys for their teams. We can match you with open positions at law firms or companies that we have been asked to fill.
If you do not match our openings, or if you are looking to explore your options, our career consultants can help. We offer all of the services an attorney in transition would ever need, and we hold an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Since 1992, we have helped several thousand lawyers through career and life transitions. Our practice has three operating units.
Our Personal Career Services Group provides qualified individuals with career options testing, job search guidance, professionally written resumes and on-line marketing strategies. At present, this Group only accepts 6 clients per month.

Our clients say:
“Mark this one down as another success story. This never would have happened without you. I just didn't want to be a lawyer anymore. I wanted to use my business and planning skills and work with emerging growth companies. Now I’m in investment banking. This is really the right thing for me. It's everything I was looking for. It was also great economically, with a base salary plus equity. It's perfect. It was a classic case of your unique approach working. I can't thank you enough.” -- Andrew L., now in finance.
"This was the best thing I've ever done. The work is exactly what I want to do. I have a salary and a piece of the company. The potential here is unlimited. Your process really works!” -- Peter V., now an international executive in the bicycle industry.
“I came in to your program not really knowing what I wanted. I was without a ‘vision.’ Now I feel like I’m on the right path. My new job is a perfect match.” Mike L., former attorney now in human resources.
“First and foremost, I LOVE MY NEW JOB!!! Now I know what you meant when you said that my skills were transferable and that I did not need to know the subject area in order to find – and be good at – another job. I love the new responsibilities and the higher level of authority. Working with you got me where I am. Without your help, advice and encouragement, I know this would not have happened. Thanks again for everything.” Victoria M., attorney, now a senior government agency official.
"They said it was the most compelling resume and cover letter they'd ever seen. Thank you." – Charles R., now in sports promotion.
“As you know, I recently won the position of Executive Director of [a non-profit agency]. I will be working out of Philadelphia, which I had always been a dream of mine. This new career involves many of the interests you identified. Its duties vary to such a degree as to make it the job that I have been looking for. I anted to thank you, not only for your help but also for the professionalism you exhibited throughout. Your continuous support and follow up helped me through an anxious time in my life, and made things possible that I never could have imagined. Thank you again and again.” Lawrence C., former attorney.
“Your overall thoughts, wisdom, caring and input have been invaluable. I actually sign my new employment contract tomorrow, and would be honored to take you to dinner.” Jeff G., former attorney in publishing.
“You have given me focus and opened up options, based on my skills, that I never really considered before. Your process helped me identify my range of skills, some of which I knew I had, others of which I ‘discovered’ for the first time. It also builds confidence. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner.” Leslie P., attorney now a business executive.
“The analysis in your process gave me a reference point to evaluate prospective positions, and you gave me encouragement and guidance when I most needed it. You strategized comprehensively, instructed effectively and coached expertly. Your program and staff are excellent.” Joe L., now in-house in employee relations.
“My hopes have been realized, and last week I started my new position. It is intellectually stimulating work. Thank you for all of your assistance. Your program helped me focus on what I really wanted to do and on how to get there. I am deeply grateful for the support.” Richard S., now in judicial administration.
