The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience, sound business judgment, and an interest in mentoring and practice development.

• Managing complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Serving as lead counsel in high-exposure disputes.
• Developing case strategy and advising clients on risk and resolution.
• Handling motions, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Collaborating with and mentoring attorneys within the practice.
• Contributing to client development and long-term growth initiatives.

• 8+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience handling sophisticated business disputes as lead counsel.
• Active Washington Bar license.
• Strong writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Business development mindset with strong client relationship abilities.
