Litigion Associe Attorney Benefits & Compension- Competitive base salary estimed $140,000$190,000+ , depending on experience and qualificions
- 1,850 billable hour requirement
- Bonus eligibility beginning 1,950 billable hours, including a $10,000 bonus opportunity plus additional production-based incentives

- Manage a diverse litigion caseload across multiple practice areas
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigion documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses
- Participe in depositions, hearings, mediions, and court appearances
- Communice directly with clients regarding case stregy and developments
- Collabore with torneys across practice groups and offices
- Maintain case deadlines, budgets, and billing requirements
- Support business development and client relionship efforts
- Active Mississippi Bar license in good standing
- 3+ years of litigion experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Excellent communicion and organizional skills
- Ability to manage multiple mters simultaneously
- Experience handling litigion mters with increasing independence
- Collaborive and team-oriented approach to practicing law
- Strong academic credentials preferred
