What You Will Do

- Handle family law hearings and court appearances independently
- Manage custody, support, DVRO, and contested dissolution matters
- Draft and review pleadings, declarations, motions, MSAs, judgments, and orders
- Communicate with clients professionally, consistently, and with empathy
- Work closely with case managers and administrative staff to move cases efficiently
- Participate in case planning, litigation strategy, and process improvement

Whom We Are Looking For

- Licensed California attorney in good standing with 25 years of family law experience
- Comfortable in court or genuinely motivated to become courtroom-strong
- Organized and responsive you manage a busy caseload without things falling through the cracks
- Emotionally steady and client-centered
- Collaborative with staff and attorneys; willing to follow the process and contribute to a team
- Comfortable with technology, systems, and accountability structures
- Interested in growing with a firm that is actively building toward something

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary: $110,000 $160,000 annually, based on experience
- Quarterly production bonus tied to case volume and performance
- Performance bonus opportunity based on firm growth and individual contribution
- Compensation review at 90 and 180 days for strong performers
- Unlimited PTO + 10 paid office holidays
