Senior Corporate Securities Attorney - Remote

Latitude Legal is seeking a corporate securities attorney to assist corporate clients on a Full time basis. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in preparing SEC filings and corporate governance.

Applicants should possess a J.D., have over 5 years of legal experience, and preferably have worked for an AmLaw 200 firm. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $180,000 to $200,000 annually.
