A well established and growing law firm is seeking a Healthcare Regulatory Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its established healthcare practice in the Greater Nashville area.

This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated healthcare regulatory and compliance matters supporting a broad range of healthcare provider clients within a collaborative and growth-oriented practice environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare regulatory experience, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal legal teams.

• Advise healthcare clients on regulatory and compliance matters
• Assist with analysis of healthcare laws and provider regulations
• Draft legal memoranda, agreements, and compliance-related documents
• Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis
• Interface directly with clients on day-to-day healthcare matters
• Collaborate with attorneys across a sophisticated healthcare practice

• Active TN Bar admission required
• 3+ years of healthcare regulatory experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare provider regulations and compliance matters
• Excellent writing, drafting, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and client interaction abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Law firm experience preferred
• Ability/Willingness to relocate to Nashville
• Ability to waive into TN if not already licensed
