Labor & Employment Associate Attorney Benefits & Compensation- Competitive base salary starting around $185,000+, with flexibility based on experience
- 1,850 billable hour requirement with bonus eligibility beginning at 1,950 hours, including a $10,000 bonus opportunity and additional production-based incentives.

- Active Florida Bar license in good standing
- 46 years of labor and employment litigation experience
- Defense-side labor and employment experience strongly preferred
- Ability to independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Experience handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Strong academic credentials
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work full-time in the Tampa office
- Experience advising employers on workplace issues and employment-related disputes
- Experience handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and other employment litigation matters
- Familiarity with federal and state employment laws
- Experience working collaboratively within a litigation team while also managing matters independently
- Strong client-service orientation and business-minded approach to legal practice
- Manage labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses
- Collaborate with partners and attorneys across the firm's labor and employment practice
- Provide practical legal guidance and strategic counsel to employer clients
